2026 Keynote Speakers
Josh graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served as a Captain in Iraq, earning the Bronze Star Medal for his leadership. He later co-founded and led PTSD United, a nonprofit supporting mental health awareness, and held executive roles at WernerCo, where he earned multiple industry awards. Today, Josh speaks and facilitates internationally, helping individuals and organizations strengthen connection, leadership, and purpose at every level.
Dr. Colleen Saringer and Scott Satory are a husband-and-wife team combining lived experience and professional expertise to bring a real-world perspective to mental health in construction. Dr. Colleen, a blue-collar woman wrapped in a PhD package, has 25 years of experience helping organizations strengthen culture, communication, and wellbeing. Scott, owner of Service First Roofing in Atlanta, understands the mental, physical, and emotional demands of business ownership and believes true leadership begins with humility. Together, they share honest insights on building a business, protecting a relationship, and staying connected through the challenges of work and life.
Allan Kehler is a leading voice in mental health, resilience, and workplace wellness, known for his powerful storytelling and authenticity. Drawing from his personal experiences with mental illness, addiction, and recovery, Allan delivers keynotes that combine heart, humor, and practical tools for building connection and reducing stigma. With over 1,000 presentations worldwide, a TEDx talk on men and mental health, and five best-selling books, he’s become a trusted resource for organizations seeking to create healthier, more supportive workplaces.
Allan Abney is a seasoned leader and business strategist with over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and management. Known for his hands-on leadership style, he has driven major turnarounds and large-scale projects across the steel fabrication, lighting, and commercial roofing industries. As Senior Project Manager at Brazos Urethane, Allan has led some of the nation’s most complex builds, including Tesla’s Gigafactory and Samsung’s semiconductor facility in Texas. A passionate mentor and outdoorsman, he’s dedicated to fostering strong teams, innovative thinking, and lasting leadership.
