Whether you're expecting or navigating life with a newborn, this free class is designed to help you feel confident and supported in your breastfeeding journey. Taught by certified lactation consultant Brittany Tanner, IBCLC, this workshop covers the essential building blocks of breastfeeding.

You’ll learn:

• How to recognize your baby’s hunger cues
• Techniques for encouraging a good latch and comfortable positioning
• Ways to create a supportive environment for successful breastfeeding

We’ll also touch on common questions and concerns that may arise during this time, with space for discussion throughout the session.
