Open to all ages seeking an empowering community of men looking to deepen their connection to self and other
What:
Join Men’s Embodiment Coach & Somatic Practicioner, Josh Foxen for an opportunity to find and express your authentic masculine energy in community.
Together we will create and hold space to drop in somatically and connect to our internal landscapes, share vulnerably with a group of supportive men, and develop a sense of community as we navigate life's wins and challenges.

When: Every 2nd Monday of the month from 6:30- 8:00p
Where: 8402 SE Clatsop, Portland, OR --> Street parking available
What to bring:
- You will be engaging in meditation/breath work so please bring a mat to lay on and any blankets/pillows to make yourself comfortable
- Your Journal and writing utensil
Cost: Free/Donation (suggested $10 - $25)
***NOTE: This workshop is created for people who identify as men, only. We welcome all ages, races, religions, and sexual orientations. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
Meet you facilitator's:
Josh Foxen
Josh is a certified men’s coach with a passion of supporting both men and women in the process of self-discovery, embodied learning, and heart-centered relational engagement.
Josh leads and facilitates mens groups, group & relational work, retreats, and altered states of consciousness experiences and has been coaching 1:1 for over 8 years.
