We'll do some yoga together, according to our ability. Many of the poses will be bird poses! We'll follow our yoga session with a relaxing walk.
Deb is a C-IAYT (Certified International Association of Yoga Therapists) and is dedicated to empowering others in their well-being through yogic tools. In 2018, she became a Certified Be Well Yoga for Cancer Recovery Teacher, Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master. Having dealt with her own chronic condition from a kickboxing injury, Deb helps others with traumatic/chronic conditions with tools to find balance, connection and healing.
