🎨 Join Us for Science and Art Fusion Day with the Kids! 🌈

We’re so excited to invite you to spend a day full of creativity, science, and fun with the kids at the orphanage! 🌟 This trip is all about hands-on activities that combine the wonders of science with the joy of artistic expression. From making slime to crafting kaleidoscopes and painting with bubbles, there’s something for everyone to enjoy! 💖

About the Orphanage - CBV
We’ll be spending time at the CBV orphanage, home to around 25 amazing girls. These kids are in need of love, support, and creative opportunities to help them grow. Your presence will make a real difference in their lives, and we’re so excited to share this experience with you.

Here’s the plan for the day:
📍 Meeting Point:
We’ll meet at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf by 8:00 am sharp.

🚗 Departure:
After a quick introduction, we’ll hit the road at 8:30 am and head to Mexico together.

🌮 Taco Time:
We’ll make a delicious stop for tacos at one of our favorite spots. Get ready for a tasty experience with lengua, adobado, birria, fish, and shrimp!

🥕 Grocery Shopping:
We’ll stop by a store to pick up food and supplies for the kids — your donations help make this possible!

🍽️ Lunch:
When we arrive, we’ll share a nutritious meal with the kids before jumping into fun activities!

🎨 Science and Art Fusion Activities:
After lunch, we’ll dive into some exciting projects: making slime, creating kaleidoscopes, and painting with bubbles! These activities will be a great way to spark the kids’ creativity and curiosity. 🎉

🍽️ Dinner and Farewell:
After an unforgettable day, we’ll head to a local restaurant for dinner. Bring cash so we can easily split the check (dollars accepted!).

🚙🚶🏻‍♀️ Return Trip:
We’ll head back to the border around 8 pm and cross over around 10 pm. For those without SENTRI or Global Entry, we’ll drop you off at the pedestrian crossing.

What to Bring:
🛂 Essentials: Passport, green card, Global Entry, visa, etc.
💵 Cash: For dinner and incidentals.
👕 Comfortable clothing: We’ll be doing hands-on activities, so wear something comfy! Don’t forget a jacket because it can get chilly in the evening.

Secure your spot by donating $95 via Eventbrite. Your donation covers transportation, food, and supplies for the kids. Extra donations are welcome and tax-deductible!
