Hosted by Allie Cuozzo, the tea girlie at Earth Allies, this 1hour mixology session will teach you how to adapt your tea blends to create yummy, effective formulas. Since we believe tea is medicine, we love showing how a cup of brewed or infused herbs can be therapeutic for YOU, your unique stage in life or lifestyle, flavor preferences, new year's resolutions ;), constitution & even acute symptoms. This will be a playful, sensorial mini workshop in the heart of CAMBRIDGE on a cozy TUESDAY NIGHT. You're invited to get hands on with loose leaf teas, learn about getting vitamins & minerals from your mug, taste the energetics of different herbs & plants while building your own mindful blends.
