Lamplighter's "Beer School": Brewery Tour and Tasting

Break out your notebook and freshly sharpened No. 2 pencils because we’re going back to school! We're offering brewery tours at our original 284 Broadway location on the first Saturday of every month. Space is limited, so snag your spot right here by purchasing a ticket.

Our knowledgeable team will lead you on an interactive, behind-the-scenes tour of the production floor at Lamp, where you’ll learn the essentials of craft beer-making, and how it all works at our compact, Cambridge-based facility. You'll also taste your way through the brewing process, sampling three of our current favorite draft pour picks, plus a special bonus beer to start the sipping syllabus. Will you graduate top of your class? Either way, we think you’ll find your new favorite subject.

Each ticket includes:

🍻One 6 oz welcome beer, plus 3 - 5 oz flight glass-sized samples

🚶🏼A 60 min guided tasting and behind-the-scenes brewery tour

📝 Beer School "quiz" and informational answer key

📚 A Lamplighter Beer School diploma :)

Refund Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change. If you provide us with more than 24 hours' notice prior to the event start time, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Within 24 hours of the start time, we will offer a refund in the form of credit to be used for a future ticketed event hosted by Lamplighter, valid for 1 year. Please note that Eventbrite fees, including processing and service fees, are nonrefundable as they are charged by Eventbrite and not under the control of Lamplighter. Please request refunds through Eventbrite, on your order confirmation page.
