About this Event
Joinfor an all levels Pilates mat workout that aims to strengthen the body and mind alike. Britney's classes focus on celebrating what your body is capable of doing through mindful and intentional movement. Grab your mat and get ready to move!
What is Pilates? Pilates is a system of exercise and movement, that is designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. Pilates integrates breath and movement with proper body mechanics to increase greater physical and mental awareness of how the body moves and feels.
About The Instructor:
is a seasoned instructor, who creates classes that aim to nurture the body and strengthen the mind. She gained her knowledge of Pilates through study of lineages by Kathy Grant, Romana Kryzanowska, and the STOTT Pilates method.
Understanding that starting a new movement practice can feel intimidating, Britney takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for all. She loves meeting new faces and is passionate about empowering her students to build confidence and embrace their unique fitness journeys.
