Come join us at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts for a fun and informative beginner class on the Benefits of a Plant-Based Diet! Learn all about the advantages of incorporating more plants into your diet, from improving your health to helping the environment. Chef John Percarpio will guide you through the basics of plant-based eating and share tips on how to make delicious and nutritious plant-based meals. Whether you're a beginner or just curious about plant-based diets, this class is perfect for you. Don't miss out!

Check-in is at 3:45 pm and we will start promptly at 4:00 pm.

Menu:

• Semolina Pasta- Fresh pasta crafted using semolina(a variety of wheat flour).
• Oyster Mushroom Tortellini- A variety of stuffed pasta filled with an oyster mushroom filling.
• Roasted Garlic Cashew Cream- Velvety smooth sauce crafted to resemble cream.
• Petite Herb Salad- Bright and herbaceous salad to add contrast to your meal.

What is the cancellation policy?

Event registrations can be refunded through Eventbrite up to 7 days prior to the event date. Event registrations are non-refundable less than 7 days prior to the event. Missed events may not be made up.

The school reserves the right to cancel any event not meeting sign up standards and to change recipes based on product availability.

*It is extremely rare for an event to be canceled due to weather.

Is there an age requirement?

Participants under the age of 18 may attend our events when they register and attend the event with a parent or guardian.

Is there a dress code?

This is a hands-on cooking event. Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. For safety reasons, please do not wear shorts, skirts or sandals. If you have long hair, please pull it back during the event.
