Behavioral Health Series - “Sacred Salt” - A Presentation on Faith and Fitness

Rev. Mary Apicella is an ordained American Baptist Minister, a Certified Personal Trainer, and group fitness instructor. She has pastored congregations in Connecticut and North Carolina, and currently works at the Hendersonville Family YMCA teaching classes and training clients, with a focus on prenatal and postpartum fitness. She and her husband Jason live in Hendersonville with their two daughters, Lydia and Sophia. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for light movement. Bring a Bible in your preferred translation, a notebook and pen, a water bottle, and a beach towel or yoga mat for floor work. Light refreshments will be offered after the program.
