So… you’ve gotten a few yoga classes under your belt, and are now wondering, “am I doing this right”?? 😊 Although there is no right or wrong in yoga, in this workshop, we’ll explore techniques to ensure you are practicing in a safe, healthy, enjoyable way.This workshop will give you an opportunity to ask questions, refine techniques, discuss postural alignment, or simply focus in more detail on some of the areas that you’d like to practice. This will be an interactive, friendly session, with plenty of time for questions and individual attention.
All are welcome, including absolute beginners or those with some experience who want to revisit the basics.
Price: £30 (previous Beginners Workshop attendees receive a £5 discount)
