Find your way into movement, breath, and calm
If you’ve been thinking about trying yoga but don’t know where to start… this is for you.
This class is a gentle introduction to yoga, designed to help you build confidence, understand the foundations, and reconnect with your body in a supportive, relaxed space.
We’ll move slowly and intentionally, exploring simple postures, breathing techniques, and moments of stillness - so you can learn at your own pace, without pressure.
🙏There’s no need to be flexible or experienced. Just come as you are.
In this class, you’ll:
✨ Learn the basics of yoga in a clear, accessible way
✨ Build strength, mobility, and body awareness
✨ Develop confidence in movement and breath
✨ Take time to slow down and reset your nervous system

– You’re completely new to yoga
– You feel unsure or intimidated by faster-paced classes
– You’re returning to movement after a break
– You want a calm, supportive space to begin

But please note, your yoga practice is non-judgemental. If you're unable to attend every class - just come when you can, do what feels right for your body, and know you’re always welcome exactly as you are. Classes can be purchased individually.
