This four-week series is designed for those who have never stepped onto a yoga mat before as well as those seeking to strengthen their yoga foundation.
Each class is designed to introduce poses, techniques, and class etiquette a welcoming, zero-pressure environment. Focus will be given throughout each practice to breathwork, proper alignment, and other key yoga principles. Props (yoga blocks, etc.) will be used to enhance poses and to make each pose accessible to every body.
Don't own yoga pants? No problem. Comfortable clothes and a willingness to try new things are the only requirements. (Sense of humor optional, but strongly encouraged.) By the end of the series, students will have the skills and confidence to move on to more focused and challenging classes.
Students may join for the full series or simply drop-in!
