Join us for a special meditation class to celebrate Autumn.
We’ll be exploring contemplative meditation -- a hybrid of both meditation and contemplation, using mindfulness, inquiry, and observation. From observation, concentration arises. From concentration, wisdom arises. This meditation will honor Nature and the Autumn season by using items gathered from the natural world. This class is a wonderful opportunity to find quiet, stillness, and turn inward, which the season calls us to do. No experience with meditation is necessary.
