Beauty & Self-Care: Confidence through Self-Expression

This workshop is part of our 4-Part Empowerment Workshop Series. Part 1: Beauty & Self-Care explores how outward care rituals reinforce self-worth and identity.

Participants will learn simple, accessible self-care practices and grooming habits that support confidence in daily life, job readiness, and social environments. This is not about appearance standards, but about ownership of self and intentional care. The session will include a live demonstration on a model showing a quick, practical 5-minute routine participants can realistically apply in everyday life.

This workshop is open to women and gender-diverse folks ages 18+. No experience is required. Refreshments will be provided.
