Beats in Bliss- Day retreat

Beats in Bliss offers a warm environment for all to enjoy yoga regardless of ability or experience. Let the music ease you into the flow, focus your mind, and relax your body as your guided through your experience.

We will begin with a creative flow, followed by a soothing sound meditation, pranayama, embodied movement and guided relaxation. There will be an oppourtunity to receive reiki on the day if participants feel this is something they are called to.

Allow yourself this time for rest and rejuvination in the beautiful Boom Building. All the practices will be guided by Grace, eye pillows and refreshments will be available.

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. I can provde you with one if needed, just me me know :)
