Have you ever wanted to try yoga or have done a few classes and find it overwhelming and you are not sure what you are doing then why not start the new year off the right way and join me every Thursday for a yoga class that starts at the foundation, combining breathwork and meditation to give you a great opportunity to build flexibility, reduce stress and improve your mental, emotional and physical well-being.
