Gentle Flow yoga classes comprise gently flowing sequences to strengthen the body, improve flexibility, Co-ordination and maintain balance. Each class will include breathing and relaxation techniques to soothe body, mind and spirit.The class will run at Calm Village - a lovely new yoga studio in Irby, on the Wirral, just off the A540 between Heswall and West Kirby.
Kate will simultaneously use Zoom to allow people who cannot attend to enjoy the class.
