Glow 360°Barre is a fiery 🔥 40-minute adventure! Our signature class mixes Pilates, Barre, and Resistance to boost your muscle-bone density in all 360 joints. This mindful core workout is the magic potion for preventing and rehabbing all chronic pain.

This class targets your core, back, glutes, arms, and all those crucial joint-stabilizing muscles. It constantly presents you with fresh challenges, keeping your workouts exciting and dynamic.

Tools we use: Resistance Bands, Pilates Magic Circle, Ball, and a Foam Roller
