Are you ready to enhance your well-being through gentle movement and mindfulness? Join us for Mindful Moves, a specially designed six-week workshop for older adults looking to foster tranquility, flexibility, and inner peace.

✨ What to Expect: Mindful Moves blends gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and focused relaxation exercises. Over the weeks, you'll dive into: • Gentle Stretching: Improve flexibility, ease stiffness, and improve balance. • Mindful Breathing: Calm your mind and build emotional resilience. • Focused Relaxation: Reduce stress and cultivate inner peace.

? Workshop Goals:

1. Enhance Physical Comfort: Boost your range of motion and relieve muscle tension.

2. Cultivate Mindfulness: Stay grounded and centered in everyday life.

3. Foster Independence: Learn practical tools to practice mindfulness and movement at home.

? Who Should Attend: Everyone is welcome, regardless of fitness level! No prior experience needed—just bring a positive attitude and comfortable clothes.
