Join us for a private tasting of Cole Oppedisano's US Barista Championship routine. Competition level coffee with industry-leading service.
The tasting menu is an exact rendition of the routine that propelled Cole to the semi-finals of the USBC as a first-time competitor. This intimate, four person experience will put you directly in the judge's seat, allowing you to experience coffee at the highest level and in a setting open to discussion.
Course 1: A cortado prepared with Juan Peña's Hacienda La Papaya Typica Mejorada paired with freeze distilled milk
Course 2: An espresso preparation of Jamison Savage's Enigma Gesha, an experimental extended duration natural carbonic macerated gesha
Course 3: A chilled signature beverage featuring Enigma Gesha, designed and developed by Cole
Serviceware hand-made by Cole will be available for purchase after the event.
