Sometimes brewing with the traditional pourover method is a little too much work. That's why the Hario Switch is one of our favorite brew methods for day to day use.

Join us for a deep dive into brewing with the Hario Switch. By the end of class, you will know how to properly use this versitile brew method. You will also learn proper ratios for brewing and how to taste acidity, sweetness, and bitterness to make a perfect cup of coffee at home! So even if you don't have a Switch at home, there's plenty to learn and take home!
