THE BENEFITS OF BEEF; HOW TO COOK THE PERFECT STEAK
A Cooking Demo with Beth, David and 5th Generation Rancher and Farmer Jaime Silva
Have you longed to find the perfect, fool-proof method for cooking a phenomenal steak, every time, exactly
the way you like it?
Come to this class to learn about beef, see how to cook the perfect steak, and taste the mouth-watering results!
Jaime Silva of All Natural Homestead Beef will be generously donating the beef we’ll be using in the class. As
a 5th generation farmer and rancher, she will talk about the current beef being brought into our country, the
USDA standards we have to follow in order to produce the products we produce, and the challenges we face in
Colorado, not just water but processing rates, growing grass that’s full of mineral, feeding mineral to our herd.
Like so many, it was when Beth experienced a health crisis, some 20 years ago, that she sought answers of a
more natural and holistic nature. After experiencing a profound shift in her well being, she went back to school
and got a master’s degree in holistic health and nutrition education.
David embraced his diet renovation wholeheartedly when he met Beth during the pandemic. Delighted to learn
he could eat butter again, he reveled in not counting calories and reviving ancestral knowledge. After eating
this way for six months he went from the highest risk group for colon cancer down to the lowest risk group.
David was a professional cook in his younger days.
