Balance & Bliss is an immersive culinary and wellness experience designed to support women’s hormonal health through holistic nutrition, plant medicine, and community. Created by Shahida Robertson-Davis, a chef and wellness advocate, this event blends science-backed nutrition, stress-reducing ingredients, and education in an intimate, elegant setting.
Guests will enjoy a carefully curated multi-course meal featuring hormone-balancing foods, adaptogens, herbs, and plant-based remedies that help regulate blood sugar, reduce inflammation, and promote overall well-being. Each dish is designed to nourish the body and create a sense of balance and relaxation.
Beyond the meal, Balance & Bliss fosters education and connection. Guests will engage in guided discussions and mindfulness practices, learning how food, movement, and lifestyle choices impact hormonal health.

- All dishes are gluten-free and lactose-free (Occasionally, ghee will be used. While ghee is derived from butter, it is lactose-free and rich in fat-soluble vitamins that support hormone health.)
