Bach Flower remedies are simple emotional-'balancers' that can be safely used by all ages, to help reduce any kind of 'stress'.
Anger, fear, indecision, overwhelm, exhaustion (or any other negative emotion) can be gently brought to balance by the Bach Flower remedies to help life feel calmer, happier and definitely more manageable.
The remedies help at times of increased stress including, bereavement, divorce, moving home/school/work and planning a wedding...

This Bach Centre certified Level 1 course, will be taught over 2 full days by Linsey Denham who has been teaching it since 2009.
Level 1 is the first step towards becoming a Bach Practitioner but it stands alone if you simply need a full introduction on how to use the Bach Flower remedies for yourself and others in everyday life.
The class will be small, friendly and supportive. (Max 8 spaces)
On completion of the course the students will have basic understanding of:
-the indications and effects of the 38 Bach Flower Remedies
-the history of the flower remedies and Dr Edward Bach.
-the philosophy of Dr Edward Bach.
-how to use the Bach Flower remedies in everyday life.
-using the remedies with plants and animals.
