In partnership with Sobeys, our 53-foot trailer features a replica vertical farming demonstration that shows how GoodLeaf grows sustainable, pesticide-free crops year round — even through the harshest winter months. Guests can enjoy smoothies, sample a variety of fresh microgreens, and taste samples prepared by Sobeys chefs featuring GoodLeaf microgreens.
