Mamas with little ones under 18 months this is the perfect class for you! Our combo class starts out by stroller walking for 20 minutes which is a great way to get warmed up and mingle with other mamas. After we will do some stretching and get right into a beginner yoga class for 40 minutes which gives you the perfect opportunity to bond with your baby while moving your body! These poses are safe for you and your baby but will help rebuild your strength in your pelvic floor/abdomen!
*You must bring your own Yoga Mat, Stroller/Carrier and blanket for your baby!
