Program Summary
The most effective forms of employee engagement are those that spark interest, foster autonomy, spark motivation, and lead to employee mobility and retention. In this session, we'll explore 6 different employee engagement strategies for HR leaders and teams to incorporate as part of their attraction, onboarding, learning, and retention strategy. We'll explore the employee life cycle to find a variety of unique ways to foster and sustain a culture of engagement and wellness.
Learning Objective:
Explore 6 research-based strategies to support an engagement culture. Create a strategy of engagement opportunities for both leaders and teams. These ready-to-use strategies can be applied to support a variety of HR strategic plans.
About Julia:
Julia Keider is a native of Livingston County sharing her passion for learning and people development. Her talents support people who dedicate their lives to continuous improvement through humility, personal expectations, and thriving cultures. Julia is an educator and coach supporting people at all levels of employee development, from rising talent to veteran leaders. In her sessions, participants can expect to be engaged with new content, reflection, and conversations with others. Julia has presented at DisruptHR Lansing, the Kick Conflict to the Curb podcast with Joyce Weiss, and the Howell Area Chamber podcast. She has served on the LAHRA board since 2018 as College Relations Liaison and Past-President, and sits on the Advisory Board for the Employer & Education Network through the Livingston Educational Service Agency.
