AyurYoga - The Wisdom of Spring Ayurveda with Kerrie Martin

Join us for a four part series where we will explore the wisdom of Ayurveda to nourish your body, mind, and soul.

Our first Thursday class will begin with a short lecture reviewing Ayurveda-based teachings to support and inspire your self-care and daily routine as we make the transition to the spring season.

Additionally, our time together will include meditation, pranayama, Kapha namaskar, therapeutic asana and marma as a pathway to pacify kapha and cultivate sama dosha (balance).

This workshop series will give you a deeper understanding of how the teachings of Ayurveda can support you within your yoga practice and which asana, pranayama and marma will support your health and well being throughout the spring season.

Kerrie Martin is a yoga teacher, holistic health coach and mama. Her background includes studies in mind-body nutrition, transformational coaching, yoga, Ayurveda and personal development. Her students and clients resonate with her holistic and empowering approach to nourishment, movement and overall well-being.
