Through bioenergetic exercises, guided meditations and movement, and an hour of Bioenergetic Breathwork (Conscious Connected Breathwork) - a deeply transformative experience.
Through the Breath, you'll be invited to awaken your inner wisdom, tap into your innate healing potential, and connect with the deepest parts of yourself.
What to Expect:
- A Welcoming, Safe Space: We'll create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your inner landscape.
- Somatic exercises and warmups: Gentle Bioenergetic grounding practices and exercises (Similiar to Tai Chi / Chi Gong) that will help you connect with yourself and your body
- Bioenergetic Breathwork: An hour of guided Conscious Connected Breathwork that will facilitate a deep dive into your inner world, allowing you to release stagnant energy, access your intuition, and connect with your higher self.
