Hosted at Tala Beach, this immersive breathwork experience blends a variety of breathing techniques, music, and intention to create a deeply grounding and transformative journey. Whether you’re new to breathwork or have an established practice, this experience is designed for anyone interested in wellness and nervous system regulation.

This month’s gathering is the Gratitude Edition, sponsored by Intelligent Change, the creators of The Five Minute Journal. Each guest will receive curated gifting, including The Five Minute Journal and Gratitude Reminder Cards, to support integration beyond the class and into daily life.
