Join us for our yearly Autumn Yoga Day Retreat.We will gather on the 2nd November 10am - 4:30pm. Join us for a day of care and connection. This retreat offers the perfect opportunity to slow down, reset, and nourish yourself as we transition into autumn. We will guide you through movement, ritual and relaxation to support you in moving in to the darker months.
Robin, Laura, Freya & Emily will be hosting this retreat.
This day retreat will take place in our studio in Nairn and lunch will be at The Highland Weigh (a few doors down from the studio)
Day Retreat Schedule:
✨ A Morning of Gentle Movement with Robin & Laura
Start your day with gentle movement, deep stretches and mindful yoga to awaken your body and mind.
✨ Lunch at The Highland Weigh
A delicious, wholesome meal will be provided at The Highland Weigh.
✨ A Restorative Afternoon with Freya & Emily
The afternoon will be a deeply immersive experience, featuring:
Yin & Restorative Yoga
Kirtan
Ritual and intention setting
Sound Bath for ultimate relaxation
Tea Ceremony to complete the day
Take this time to relax and return home feeling refreshed and grounded.
Tickets are £65 for the day (including lunch)
