Join Brigitte for this evening workshop.
Specifically designed to support those experiencing the menopause. The evening will include a gentle flow to move the body, build strength and balance, to help with aching joints. There will be time to turn inwards and reconnect with yourself at a time when you are emotionally and physically experiencing change.
The workshop will also include techniques to help symptoms off the mat; useful Pranayama for anxiety, sleeplessness and hot flushes.
The workshop will close with some floor based yin to increase flexibility, ease tension and stress. Finally, a meditation for releasing stress and inviting joy.
You do not need any prior yoga experience to join this workshop. All are welcome.
