As the busy pace of summer begins to settle, the Autumn Equinox offers a reminder to slow down and enjoy a little time for yourself.
If you're looking for a peaceful way to spend your Saturday evening, this candlelit sound bath in Galway is a chance to step away from the demands of everyday life, switch off and unwind.
What to expect
We'll begin with a short guided body scan meditation to help you settle in.
You'll then be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, delicate chimes and other instruments carefully chosen to create a deeply relaxing sound journey.
For 90 minutes, there's nothing you need to do.
Just lie down, listen and rest.
No experience needed.
