Celebrate autumn Equinox with an stunning evening walk and a transformative cacao cermony at an outdoor Cafe.
Join us on this gorgeous 8km/ 5miles route across some rolling fields and some very idyllic view spots, perfect for an evening stroll.
The autumn equinox represents a time of balance and change. The Autumn Equinox is a time when nature experiences a transformation, and so the season symbolizes a period of reflection and transformation for us. Our Cacao Ceremony will salute the beginning of the autumn and allow you to take time to reflect and encourage us to make the necessary adjustments for personal growth.
Danielle our Wellbeing Coach will introduce us to the finest Ceremonial Grade Criollo Cacao which has been grown, harvested and dried by Ashaninka families. Directly sourced from ancient Cacao gardens of Peru. Drinking Cacao in its purest form allows a deeper connection to ourselves, our own intuition, and inner guidance. The cacao ceremony will be held around a fire pit at a hidden gem outdoor cafe Coffee in the Copse.
In this eco-friendly luxury yurts holiday site and working farm, we are invited to gather around the fire pit to celebrate the autumn equinox
Afterwards we’ll head back on our circular route as the sun is setting in the distance.

Keep driving passed the first car park, then park at second car park on left. What3words Reference is length.look.oddly
Difficulty: Easy to Moderate walk. Social paced walk with foot and bridle paths. The end of the walk may be around sunset, with less visibility.
Duration: 3h; 2h walking, plus 45min at Coffee in the Copse, 7km route, 5km to the cafe and 2km back afterwards.
Facilities: Toilet facilities available at Coffee in the Copse. Well-behaved dogs welcome, have to be on leads at the cafe.
What’s included:
– Guided walk & cacao ceremony
– Fully insured and first aid qualified
What to Bring:
– Suitable footwear/waterproofs. Light/windproof layers of clothes.
– Extra layers/blankets for warmth during the cacao ceremony
– Water for the walk & Mugs will be provided (Back on Track encourages not to use single-use Plastic, read why here)
– Head torches.
