Relax , Release & Recharge: A Special Event for Autism Moms

In honor of April: Autism Awareness Month & May: Mother's Day. Join us for a peaceful Saturday at ZumEHop Studio dedicated to connection, self-care, and support. Take a break from the daily stresses and immerse yourself in a soothing sound bath experience with certified sound Practioner, Susie Perez, SoulSync.xo , designed for Autism Mamas. Relax, release tension, and find a moment of tranquility. Susie has over a decade of experience working children with autism, and is excited to be a part of this very special experience with you.

Enjoy light refreshments, a goodie bag filled with helpful resources, a journaling session, and the opportunity to connect with other moms who truly understand the journey. This is your time to prioritize yourself, share space with a supportive community, and leave feeling refreshed and uplifted! You deserve this moment—come and enjoy it ! <3

Itinerary:

*Please arrive on-time by 1:45pm to allow time for parking, check-in and to enjoy the full experience.
Wear comfortable clothes.

1:45pm - 2:10pm - Welcome, Goodie Bags + Mingle and enjoy light refreshments

2:15pm- Sound Bath Session + Journaling
