MOMMY & ME MOSS ART

Who is this workshop for?

• Mamas and their children ages 5 years and up
• Childcare support provided for children younger than 5 years old (must RSVP, limited capacity)

Workshop Purpose/Intention:

Creating a moss art piece is a grounding and meditative experience that invites you to connect with nature and your inner calm. As you carefully select, arrange, and secure each piece of moss, the tactile process encourages mindfulness and focus, allowing you to lose yourself in the moment. The slow, deliberate movements promote a sense of tranquility, while the vibrant textures and natural elements bring a soothing, earthy energy to your space. It’s a creative practice that blends art with nature, offering both relaxation and satisfaction as you bring a living, organic masterpiece to life.

No prior knowledge or skill required. Materials provided. Wear comfortable clothes.

About the Artist Facilitator:

Charlene is the Owner and Founder of Momstera Lounge, a full-service retail and plant consulting boutique located in downtown Campbell. At Momstera Lounge, Charlene has cultivated a welcoming space where the community can shop, gather, and connect. In addition to the boutique, Charlene curates and hosts a variety of plant-related workshops, sound bath events, and private and corporate experiences—both in-person and virtually.
Her work is dedicated to sharing the healing power and energy of plants with others, fostering wellness and community through thoughtful, immersive experiences.
