Authentic Intimacy - Awaken Your Somatic Intelligence & Intuitive Guidance

Bonding & pleasure are vital to our well-being, yet many of us spend our lives feeling disconnected or numb, suppressing or miscommunicating our desires & going along with things we’re uncomfortable with. These habits end up blocking our ability to create nourishing, joyful & co-creative relationships.

In this retreat we will be using somatic & spiritual Tantric practices designed to help you break through barriers of masks & disconnection, open your heart, connect to your pleasure & hear your soul. Through movement, touch, sound & breath, we will meet the rawness of the moment beyond words, allowing our animal bodies to communicate & our divine essence to be touched & seen.

Through experiential exercises, you'll tune into your own deeper truth & connect with the deeper truth of others. You'll learn what moves you & what can move others. You will practice attunement, vulnerability, surrender & presence in a safe, supportive space.

• This retreat is for anyone seeking to create more safety, trust & intimacy in their intimate relationships using a combination of verbal communication & somatic/ body practices.
• Appropriate for singles, couples or friends.
• Sensuality & cuddling will be optional, depending on personal preferences. There will be absolutely NO NUDITY & NO SEXUAL ACTIVITIES allowed.
• Cacao, tea & light lunch will be provided. Please bring your own lunch if you are selective with food. Please bring a water bottle/ a closed container for tea.

• Doors will open at 9:45am and close at 10:15am. Late arrivals will not be admitted after 10 to maintain the integrity of the container.
• This is a drug-free event. No substances please, your clear mind allows for clean consent.
• Please refrain from wearing cologne/ perfume, strong deodorant or scented hair products in the space. Essential oils are ok in trace amounts.
• Shoes are not allowed inside, so please plan on wearing comfortable socks.
• Wear comfortable clothing. There will be some yoga & jumping during movement segments.
• We do not encourage you to leave the space during the event.
• Heartlab is located between 16th St and 24th St BART. It can be hard to see. It is around the corner from Limon Restaurant.
• Street parking can be difficult, so please allow ample time to find parking. There are bike racks out front; no bikes are allowed inside.

California Parking - Mission between 19th & 20th, entrance underneath the theater sign. $15 Sunday through Thursday, $20 Friday and Saturday. Open 24 hours.

Mission Bartlett garage - 3255 21st St., between Mission and Valencia. Open 7 AM to 10 PM, $2-$5 an hour, $27 for 12-hour maximum.

ALINA MIHAI is an Embodied Intimacy & Conscious Communication Coach/ Facilitator. Over the last two decades, Alina has helped individuals of many ages (from 18 months to 74 years) find their voice, celebrate their gifts, communicate authentically and create loving & joyful relationships.

Alina speaks three languages fluently, has a BA in Psychology, a Master’s in Communication Disorders & multiple certificates & hands-on experience with various coaching & healing modalities, including NLP, Non-Violent communication, Tantra, Energy Work & Meditation. Alina’s unique flair is in combining spirituality, embodiment practices & energy work with practical tools & trauma-informed coaching.

Alina believes that the world is starving for authenticity, connection, and intimacy. Her mission is to help individuals create nourishing relationships by showing up as their authentic Selves. Her hope is that, as more of us undergo this process of inner transformation, the world will experience an elevation in consciousness.
