AtoBetter's Adult Ride on Road Sprowston

Our Adult Ride on Road courses are for adults (16+) who can already ride a bike and would like to feel more confident when cycling on local roads.

Course description

Across two practical sessions, you will learn how to:

• Start and stop with more confidence
• Pass stationary vehicles
• Navigate junctions and roundabouts
• Share the road and ride alongside other cyclists
• Ride real routes with an instructor

Sessions will be held in a combination of traffic free areas and on local roads.

Dates/Times

Please note that this course runs over two separate sessions and you must be able to attend both dates.

Each session will start at 18:30 and last an hour and a half, ending at 20:00

• Thursday 18th June
• Thursday 25th June

Equipment

You will need to bring your own bike for this course, and it should be in a road worthy condition. A helmet is recommended.
