It's a jaunt to Newmarket, via a bit of Breckland wilderness with some military sightseeing in the first half, skirting around the STANTA battle area and past Bodney Camp and then a brief flyby past the air bases of Mildenhall and Lakenheath.
Grab a receipt in Newmarket and then ride around the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, up and over the railway line at Thurston, before a nice steady North Easterly ride back to Norwich.
The roads should facilitate a decent moving average and with plenty of food and drink stops on route, this should be a great summers day out.
