Whether you’re new to yoga or just want a chill session to unwind, this workshop’s got you covered. Expect friendly vibes, easy-to-follow poses, and a great time connecting with others. The fundamentals are the foundation of everything we do. Join Syd, an experienced yoga teacher, for a monthly deep dive into the "behind-the-scenes" of yoga. In this "how-to" alignment-based series, we move slowly to deconstruct the key actions and subtle mechanics of the postures you encounter in every class.

More details: Drawing from the principles of Hatha and Iyengar yoga, we’ll take a step-by-step approach to help you feel stable, spacious, and safe in your body. We’ll get creative with our studio’s tools utilizing blocks, straps, chairs, and the wall to make every pose accessible and understood.
