Radiant Rest is a calming yet uplifting sound bath designed to help you unwind while gently restoring your energy. Through the warm tones of crystal singing bowls and complementary instruments, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation while supporting nervous system balance. This experience offers space to release tension, reset from the day, and leave feeling lighter and renewed. All levels welcome. No experience necessary.

Note: this sound bath is held in a cozy community space, NOT a yoga studio. You’ll be lying down for most of the session, so your comfort is essential. For your ultimate comfort, please consider bringing:

• A yoga mat or blanket
• A pillow
• A blanket
• A bolster or something else for under your knees
• Anything else that helps you settle in and supports your rest and relaxation.
