Farmers Market Friday is our most spontaneous Appy Hour of the month, inspired by whatever is freshest, most beautiful, and most abundant from local farms and seasonal markets. From vine-ripened tomatoes and sweet corn to peaches, herbs, cucumbers, and peppers, no two classes are exactly alike.
Using premium olive oils, balsamics, and simple techniques, we'll transform the week's best ingredients into fresh appetizers, dips, spreads, salads, and small bites perfect for summer entertaining.
