Apprenticeship to Love Meditation Series

A monthly meditation for opening the heart and body to receive & give love

Every month I will lead participants through a 45-60 minute meditation based on practices that open the heart and that help your open heart to be firmly grounded, to receive love.

These meditaitons will draw on seasonal themes. They will primarily be drawn from the Kundalini Yoga and Tantric practices I've been taught and that I look forward to sharing with you. These meditaitons will draw on seasonal themes and are companion pieces to the weekly chapters I am writing for the book, Apprenticeship to Love. .

Suitable for beginner-to-advanced practitioners.

These monthly meditations are complementary practices to the Sacred Marriage or Sacred Masculine programs I offer. If you are Sacred Marriage or Sacred Masculine program participant there is no additional cost to be part of these meditations.
