We are delighted to welcome you Aoibhneas Croí Day Retreat. Tucked away on the grounds of the beautiful Killeena House just off of the Baltimore Road, this day retreat offers you the opportunity to slow down and come home to the wisdom of your heart through a day of ceremony, creativity, breathwork and meditation.What you can expect on this day:
You will be welcomed with a grounding meditation and cacao ceremony, where we will set our intentions and connect to the spirit of cacao with gratitude. This will be followed by a Shamanic Journey to connect with the spirit of Mama Cacao for guidance.
We will then pause for a delicious vegetarian lunch and time in the sauna or a walk around the beautiful woodlands and gardens of Killeena House.
After lunch we will get creative and connect deeper to our own wisdom through intuitive drawing practices. You will learn how to read your drawings to gain insight from within, opening up to new ways of seeing and connecting with our own intuition.
The day will finish with a deeply relaxing breathwork practice, guided meditation and healing sounds from Koshi chimes and sound bowls.
You will leave with clarity, a full heart, feeling nourished and relaxed.
