Join me for a full day of self-discovery and learning how to be your own best friend, in a relaxed, small-group setting in the peaceful beauty of North County Wexford!We will focus on deep inner work on many levels that will translate into changing your life view and living more consciously. But don’t worry, it’s not all work and no play – self-love also means being gentle with yourself and having fun!
