Looking for a day that’s good for your family’s health and well-being? Come out to our annual Summer Celebration Health Fair at the Midtown Clinic for free services, school supplies, food, fun and a chance to win a variety of raffle items (grocery gift cards, books and more).
Join us Saturday, Aug. 1, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Children’s Wisconsin Midtown Clinic, 5433 W. Fond du Lac Ave., in Milwaukee’s Midtown Center.
Bring the kids and enjoy this free community event that will offer:
• Games, giveaways and music
• Snacks and refreshments
• Free immunizations and lead testing for the kids
• Community resources to help with everyday challenges
You do not need to be a Children’s Wisconsin patient to participate. Our partners from Chorus Community Health Plans will also be there with helpful information.
