Cradle & Care’s Newborn Education Class
About this Event
Whether you’re expecting your first baby or welcoming another little one into your family, this class is designed to help you feel informed, prepared, and confident for life with a newborn.
Led by Alaisha Rose, BSN, RN, CNSS, this interactive class combines evidence-based education with real-life experience to answer the questions every new parent has—but doesn’t always know to ask.
Together, we’ll cover topics such as:
- Newborn sleep expectations and healthy sleep habits
- Feeding basics and recognizing hunger cues
- Safe sleep recommendations
- Soothing techniques and understanding your baby’s cues
- What’s normal during the newborn period—and when to call your pediatrician
- Tips to help make the transition into the fourth trimester a little less overwhelming
This isn’t a lecture. You’ll participate in hands-on demonstrations, open discussion, and live Q&A in a relaxed, judgment-free environment where every question is welcome.
Preferred for parents in their 3rd trimeste!
