Join Notaries of Wisconsin for a facilitated, in-person workshop designed to help you step back from day-to-day tasks and look at your notary business strategically.

Many notaries wear every hat in their business — from client intake and compliance to marketing, scheduling, and execution. This workshop uses the 57 Hats framework to help you identify the roles you currently play, where your time and energy are going, and what to focus on next.

This is an interactive, small-group working session that includes slides, guided discussion, and hands-on activities.

What You’ll Gain:
• Clarity around the roles (“hats”) in your notary business
• Insight into which hats to protect, improve, or eventually hand off
• Clear priorities for the next quarter
• Peer insight from fellow Wisconsin notaries

Each quarter will focus on a different aspects of business regardless of which level you're at.

Q1: Awareness & Clarity (What hats am I wearing?)

Q2: Optimization (What hats drain me vs. grow me?)

Q3: Delegation & Systems (What can be handed off or automated?)

Q4: Leadership & Scale (What hats should I stop wearing?)
