This 90-minute workshop begins with a grounding 30-minute mat flow designed to open the body and calm the mind—complete with an optional aerial pose for those who wish to elevate the experience.
Then, surrender into stillness in an aerial hammock for a 50-minute immersive sound bath guided by Shannon Renee of Me in the Meantime Holistic Wellness. Let the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and other healing instruments wash over you like a lullaby for your nervous system—melting tension, quieting the mind, and opening the heart.
